Howl at the Moon gave students an early taste of Halloween on Friday, Oct. 16.
The originally planned movie “The Orphan” was replaced with “Drag Me to Hell.”
While some students found the movie entertaining and scary, others found it silly.
“I think that there would’ve been more people if they would have shown ‘The Orphan,’” junior Darcy White said.
Junior Beth Angelucci said she had seen “Drag Me To Hell” before and did not think that it was a good choice.
The movie did help get students in the mood for Halloween, however.
“I do like the scary movie theme,” Angelucci said. “With Halloween around the corner, scary movies get me in the Halloween spirit.”
